Public Property Supervisor

Our Public Property Supervisor directs activities of custodial staff, yard crews, and contractors engaged in operating and maintaining City owned facilities and equipment. Our Public Property Supervisor will serve as project manager for legacy building projects and several remodel projects in progress. The Public Property Supervisor must be able to coordinate several projects at once, while remaining within scope and budgets approved by the Public Works Director, City Manager and City Council.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in business, construction management, engineering or public administration; or four or more years related experience and/or training in building/facility operations, building trade or building maintenance with responsibility for contract and procurement administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience and two or more years of supervisory/management responsibilities.
